ServiceNow Secures Department of Health and Human Services Enterprise-Wide Contract

ServiceNow announced today that it has received a single award from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), a division of the U.S. General Services Administration, known as a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) (GSA). The contract, which has a five-year performance duration through 2027, is in conjunction with Carahsoft Technology Corp., The Trusted Government IT Solutions Provider®, and is projected to be worth $250 million. In accordance with the contract, Carahsoft will offer ServiceNow Technology Workflows, Customer Workflows, Employee Workflows, and Creator Workflows to HHS in order to enable critical functionality for numerous HHS applications, aid HHS in inventory optimization, and lessen waste.
