Employee Engagement– a Strategic Differentiator in Today’s Competitive Business Landscape

The human jobs that remain require specialized skillsets, not just warm bodies. And as technical competencies are increasingly automated, what were previously considered soft skills are becoming the hard skills. These are mainly behavioral in context and are often referred to as transversal competencies.
