What does HR compliance mean for your company?
At first glance, it does not seem like proselytizing should be done much in the case of compliance. After all, no respectable organization intentionally disobeys laws, disregards accepted industry standards, or places itself in danger. Nevertheless, there may be significant time, financial, and energy costs associated with human resources compliance. It is in everyone’s best interests to strengthen the argument for HR compliance since those three phrases tend to cause upper management to pause.
