How much do we truly want gender equality and diversity data?

In the world we live in, many people still hold equality—in all of its manifestations—in high regard. There is still a long way to go, but things have definitely improved in terms of gender, ethnicity, and everything in between.

The UK FTSE 100 now has just six female CEOs, and the average salary of a male CEO is 17% more than that of a female CEO. Compared to other protected qualities like age, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, and disability, gender equality has been in the public eye for a lot longer and is still very much in demand.
