A challenging task advances one’s career
Bartosz Kostrzewski is a person who finds it difficult to sit still. This trait has been a defining characteristic and a strong motivator for him from his early days as an intern to his most recent roles. Initially, he worked in market intelligence, which was a job he was good at and comfortable doing, but it became problematic for him because “70% of questions that came to me I could answer easily. It was great, but it was not really exciting for me anymore,” he says.
