Employee Engagement– a Strategic Differentiator in Today’s Competitive Business Landscape
The human jobs that remain require specialized skillsets, not just warm bodies. And as technical competencies are increasingly automated, what were previously considered soft skills are becoming the hard skills. These are mainly behavioral in context and are often referred to as transversal competencies. That’s according to the Future of Jobs Report 2022, published by the World Economic Forum, which identifies the skills that are increasingly in demand and those that are becoming less important (see facing graphic. The organizations that succeed now and into the future will be those that attract, retain and inspire the best talent with the skillset suited to this new landscape.
