New Employee Benefit Guide

As a new employee eligible for Texas Employees Group Benefits Program (GBP) coverage, you will automatically be enrolled in:

• HealthSelect of Texas®, a point-of-service health
plan, which includes prescription drug coverage.

• $5,000 Basic Term Life and accidental death &
dismemberment (AD&D) insurance. This comes
automatically with your health insurance at no cost
to you if you are a full-time employee (part-time
employees pay half the cost of their Basic Term Life
and AD&D insurance).
