New benchmarking data, including survey results and HR trends, was made available by renowned benefits expert NFP in its 2024 Leave Management and HR Trend Report. The paper provided companies with strategies to implement and use artificial intelligence (AI)-powered solutions, such as AI-powered leave management, to support HR data-driven strategies that improve employee satisfaction. Although 22% of respondents said they will utilize AI to monitor or manage employee leave in the future, 32% of respondents were unaware that AI might be used to improve leave management.
