TriNet (NYSE: TNET), a top supplier of all-inclusive HR solutions for SMBs, today announced that it has been included on Fast Company’s list of 2022 Brands That Matter. The brands on Fast Company’s list are recognised for their cultural impact, social engagement, and genuine communication of their objectives and ideals.
TriNet received recognition for its People Matter marketing campaign, which was launched in late 2020 at the height of the pandemic and honoured the diligent and diverse employees of its tens of thousands of SMB clients. TriNet was given the award in the category for large businesses with 1,000 or more employees.
In order to evaluate awardees in the context of how they matter within the industry in which they compete for consumers’ attention or loyalty, we’ve broadened the Brands That Matter programme this year. The end result is a diverse group of awardees who are leaving their stamp on culture and society, according to Brendan Vaughan, editor-in-chief of Fast Company.
The Human Side of HR was highlighted by TriNet’s People Matter campaign. A strong digital push that comprised a website, digital ads, and social media was part of the nationwide, omni-channel campaign, which also included out-of-home advertisements in New York City, the San Francisco Bay Area, and Los Angeles.
The list was compiled by the editors of Fast Company, who evaluated each company on its relevance, cultural effect, inventiveness, and business impact. The top 144 brands on the list, which also honours charitable organisations and small but mighty businesses, provide consumers with compelling reasons to care about them and serve as role models for other consumers. Whether leading on the environment or popular culture, interacting with B2B clients, or meaningfully reacting to current events, all 144 have discovered a way to establish an emotional connection with their audience.
