80+ Payroll and ATS Providers are now directly integrated with Hireology Referrals

Hiring and HR platform Hireology announced today that its employee referral management platform, Hireology Referrals, now integrates with more than 80 payroll and applicant tracking system (ATS) providers. The Hireology Referrals platform now automatically syncs employee data with customers’ HR platforms of choice, helping them hire faster and more efficiently.

With today’s update, existing Hireology Referrals users no longer have to manually transfer job, candidate, and employee data, allowing them to keep their records current in real time, while new users can get started and drive referrals sooner. With a historic labor supply and demand imbalance, reducing the hiring process by days or even hours can mean the difference between filling open positions and losing top talent.
