Relode Announces Integration Partnership with iCIMS

Relode, a software development company dedicated to the recruitment, has recently announced its integration partnership with iCIMS. The integrated platform is available in iCIMS Marketplace, connecting qualified candidates to the companies, especially with critical and healthcare roles, and helping candidates with hiring and application processes.

It is very difficult to find new hires for healthcare organizations, and the iCIMS database shows a decrease in job applications for healthcare roles over a month. At the same time, healthcare employers receive applications from less qualified candidates, about 14 applications per job opening on average. With the integrated partnership, Relode and iCIMS will connect technology, experts, and network, so that companies will find the right candidate.

The integration will make it easier for the iCIMS talent teams to manage workflow in the iCIMS Talent Cloud, and Relode will handle the tasks of sourcing and cross-checking Talent before showing the candidate information in the platform through its recruiters’ network. This distribution of work will lessen the burden of talent acquisition managers so that they can focus on the process of onboarding and interviewing.
