Flexibility in the Workplace

The Society for Human Resource Management states, “Flexible workplace policies are designed to support employees in balancing their work and family obligations; provide paid leave to the employee; and at the same time provide certainty, predictability and stability to employers.” Under this idea, organizations would be flexible in terms of when and where employees complete their work, rather than employing a one-size-fits-all approach.
