As organizations quickly shifted to a distributed workforce, even temporarily, employees recognized training and investments were being made in resources to ease the transition. 55% said their organizations offered training on using available technology, while 42% said investments were made in new telecommunication products and platforms. While many felt the tools to perform work were prioritized in this transition, only 23% of participants said they received training on remote work ergonomics and workspace safety
